Returns & Cancellations

In the unlikely situation you receive an item from us that is faulty or mis-packed, please contact us to arrange a return.


If you wish to return or exchange something, please contact us to return the item within 30 days of receipt for full price items, and 10 days of receipt for sale items. Please return items in the same condition you found them: unworn, unwashed, and with labels still intact and attached.

If you have requested a refund, we will refund the amount you paid using your original payment method. You should expect to receive the refund within 10 days of the item being received, but during busy periods it may take a little longer.


If you need a different size, simply contact us and state which size you wish to exchange the item for. We’ll process the exchange if we have the requested size in stock. Please return items in the same condition you found them: unworn, unwashed, and with labels still intact and attached. If we don’t have the replacement item in stock we'll contact you to organise a refund by the original payment method.

Please note: We can only exchange an item for a different size of the same item. We are unable to exchange a returned item for a different product. We are also unable to exchange personalised products.

Faulty Items

We strive to bring you the very best quality garments, but if you’re unhappy with the quality of an item you may contact us to arrange a return. We'd like to see photos of the faults and any other information regarding your issue prior to authorising the return.

Once we receive the item, we'll assess it and confirm whether or not it is deemed to be faulty. If it is deemed faulty we’ll organise a full refund by your original payment method. If it’s not deemed to be faulty, we'll contact you by email to let you know and organise to return the item to you.

Please note: Damage caused by accident, neglect, misuse, wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions is not deemed faulty.


If you purchased something from one of our amazing independent stockists, they should be your first port of call if you wish to return something.


You may cancel a pre-order any time up until payment has been taken. Please contact us if you would like to cancel your order.
